APT-008 is an open-label, Phase I/Ib, dose escalation and expansion cohort study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, Pharmacokinetic (PK), Pharmacodynamic (PD), and preliminary efficacy of EOS301984 as monotherapy and in combination with other anticancer therapies in participants with advanced solid tumors.

Pragmatic Clinical Trial Comparing Smoking Cessation Interventions among Underserved Patients who are referred for Lung Cancer Screening

Low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) screening reduces mortality among current and former smokers at high risk for lung cancer, and is widely recommended by national guidelines. LDCT also increases access to care and thus provides an opportunity to deliver smoking cessation interventions to current smokers in conjunction with this screening.

Pragmatic Phase Iii Randomized Trial of Proton vs. Photon Therapy for Patients with Non-Metastatic Breast Cancer Receiving Comprehensive Nodal Radiation: A Radiotherapy Comparative Effectiveness (RADCOMP) Consortium Trial

This is a pragmatic randomized clinical trial in which patients with locally advanced breast cancer will be randomized to either proton or photon therapy and followed longitudinally for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, health-related quality of life (HRQOL), and cancer control outcomes.
