UPCC 03920: A Phase 1/1b Open-label Dose-escalation and Dose-expansion Study of TPST-1120 as a Single Agent or in Combination with Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies in Subjects with Advanced Solid Tumors

This is a Phase 1 study that will evaluate the effectiveness of TPST-1120. Subjects may receive TPST-1120 alone or in combination with nivolumab. Subjects eligible to participate are those with advanced solid tumors.

UPCC 06717 / AMC 101: A Pilot Study of Ibrutinib and R-da-EPOCH for Front Line Treatment of AIDS-Related Lymphomas

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma  is a potentially curable condition with standard cancer treatment drugs (chemotherapy) and steroids. Standard lymphoma treatment includes chemotherapy, or cancer-fighting drugs, called etoposide, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, prednisone and doxorubicin (called EPOCH).

We are interested in determining whether the amounts of these cells within the blood vary at different points in cancer treatment.

IMAGING OF PRIMARY OR RECURRENT GYNECOLOGICAL CANCER WITH [18F]FLUORTHANATRACE ([18F]FTT) PET/CT

Up to 30 evaluable subjects who have been recommended to start systemic therapy as part of their cancer treatment will participate in this study. Participants will undergo up to three [18F]FTT PET/CT scans. A baseline scan will be done prior to starting therapy.
