An Open-label Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of Treprostinil Inhalation Powder (TreT) in Subjects with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Currently Using Tyvaso

This Phase 1b, open-label, multicenter study will be conducted to evaluate the safety and tolerability of treprostinil inhalation powder (TreT) in subjects with PAH currently ssing Tyvaso. A minimum of 45 patients from 15 sites in the US will be enrolled in the study.

A multi-center double-blind placebo-controlled Phase 4 study in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension to assess the effect of selexipag on daily life physical activity and patients self-reported symptoms and their impacts

The purpose is to identify the effect of selexipag on daily life physical activity assessed by a wearable device in patients with PAH (WHO Group 1). Approximately 100 patients will be enrolled in the study at 45 sites in 12 countries.
