We propose creating a biobank of specimens from patients with psoriatic disease (psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis).We propose prospectively collecting specimens from 200 patients with psoriatic disease, 18 years of age and older, able to provide consent, seen at PENN and deeply phenotyped clinically.
