A phase II open-label study of ONC201 in adults with recurrent high-grade glioma

The primary objective is to estimate the overall response rate (ORR) of ONC201 in this population. In addition, secondary objects will be to assess the safety, toxicities and tolerability of ONC201 in adults with recurrent high-grade glioma and estimate the median PFS, PFS at 2 and 6 months (progression-free survival …

(PREDICT) A Multi-Center Study in Patients Undergoing Anthracycline-Based Chemotherapy to Assess the Effectiveness of Using Biomarkers to Detect and Identify Cardiotoxicity and Describe Treatment

Biomarkers are chemical markers found in the blood and can be released in response to cardiac injury. Additional secondary objectives are to define the sensitivity and specificity of echocardiography for the detection of cardiotoxicity and determine the natural history of anthracycline cardiotoxicity in patients identified as high risk via biomarkers.

IMAGING OF IN VIVO SIGMA-2 RECEPTOR EXPRESSION WITH [18F]ISO-1 POSITRON EMISSION TOMOGRAPHY (PET/CT) IN METASTATIC BREAST CANCER

We anticipate enrolling up to 30 participants with metastatic disease who meet eligibility requirements for this study. Positron emission tomography (PET/CT) imaging will be used to evaluate sigma-2 (σ2) receptor activity in sites of metastatic breast cancer using the investigational radiotracer [18F]ISO-1.

The influence of nicotinic hepatic metabolism on neuroreceptor substrates of nicotine addiction

., the severity of nicotine dependence), such that NMR is the strongest genetically-informed biomarker of smoking cessation. Differences in brain receptor levels secondary to differing durations of nicotine present in the brains of slow versus fast nicotine metabolizers is hypothesized to account for the effects of the NMR on quitting …

Cancer detection rate of Abbreviated (Fast) Breast MRI (AB-MR) after negative Digitial Breast Tomosynthesis in Women status post Conservation Therapy (BCT)

In addition, the shorter time interval to the ipsilateral breast cancer recurrence from completion of treatment, is associated with increased risk of developing distant metastasis and breast cancer mortality. We will assess additional cancer detection with fast MRI after negative mammography in the ipsilateral as well as the contralateral breast.
