UPCC 06717 / AMC 101: A Pilot Study of Ibrutinib and R-da-EPOCH for Front Line Treatment of AIDS-Related Lymphomas

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma  is a potentially curable condition with standard cancer treatment drugs (chemotherapy) and steroids. Standard lymphoma treatment includes chemotherapy, or cancer-fighting drugs, called etoposide, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, prednisone and doxorubicin (called EPOCH).

A5369: HIV-1-Gag Conserved-Element DNA Vaccine (p24CE) as Therapeutic Vaccination in HIV-Infected Persons with Viral Suppression on Antiretroviral Therapy

Each participant will receive active vaccine/placebo at weeks 0, 4, 12, and 24 delivered by electroporation after intramuscular injection. The primary efficacy outcome will be based on HIV-specific immunologic assays at baseline and week 26.

AMC 083 / UPCC 12716: Tissue Acquisition for Analysis of Prognostic Factors Immunology and Genetic Progression of HIV-1 Associated Malignancies

The main purpose of this study is to collect tissue from people diagnosed with HIV-associated cancer. We will use these samples to look for genetic changes associated with HIV- and other virus-related cancers.
