Summary

You are being invited to participate in an anonymous survey to gain insight into your experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please do not put your name or personal identifiers on the survey. Also, do not contact the research team below with your information to keep anonymity.

Description

As of March, 2020, most U.S. states and territories issued statements or advisories that people “stay at home” in confinement to avoid spreading the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). This resulted in an unprecedented number of people practicing physical confinement and social distancing. The following survey was developed to obtain information on what you are experiencing during your confinement, which may include working from home. The purpose of the survey is to better understand the stresses of confinement and the strategies people are using to cope with confinement. You can contribute to that understanding by participating in this COVID-19 Confinement Survey.
Completing the anonymous survey may require approximately 30 minutes. There is no compensation for completing the survey. To ensure your anonymity, please do not put your name or personal identifiers on the survey. You will not receive your responses to the survey. If possible, please complete the survey once a month (approximately every 30 days) throughout your time in confinement. Whether you decide to complete the survey only once, or as much as once every month, the data will be useful. The responses of all people who complete the survey will contribute to our  collective understanding of what people experienced in confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic.
