Summary
The purpose of this prospective cohort study is to collect clinical data about both diagnostic and treatment information related to wrist injury obtained through the use of VolumeRAD, an X-ray feature that collects X-ray images in a single sweeping motion using a technique called digital tomosynthesis (DTS). This study will compare the use of VolumeRAD to the standard of care imaging procedures, which consist of X-ray and CT or MRI imaging. This study includes two (2) arms, or groups. The test arm will enroll up to 100 volunteers presenting with a wrist injury, consisting of up to 50 volunteers presenting a suspected or confirmed distal radius fracture and up to 50 subjects presenting a suspected or confirmed scaphoid fracture. The control arm will enroll up to 40 healthy volunteers.
