Summary
The purpose of this study is to look at the effectiveness of an investigational test called the Aptima CMV Quantification Diagnostic Assay (Aptima CMV Quant Assay) to measure levels of CMV in plasma. The target population is subjects who have tested positive for cytomegalovirus (CMV) after receiving a solid-organ transplant or stem cell transplant. This is a non-interventional study. The main study procedure is the collection of an extra tube of blood when subjects are having routine standard of care CMV testing performed at UPenn.
