Summary
This study is being done to learn if offering to reimburse kidney donors for wages they would lose by being off work during the donation evaluation and surgery process increases the likelihood of the kidney transplant recipient to receive a living kidney transplant within one year. Eligible subjects will be all potential kidney transplant recipients who are at least 18 years of age, required a kidney only transplant and have not received a prior transplant.
